This page is for customers of the Bike Bhara - বাইক ভাড়া Android app and website. You can request deletion of your account and its associated personal data even if you no longer have the app installed.
Request account deletion in 3 steps
- Use the button below to email us from your registered email address, if possible.
- State that you want your Bike Bhara customer account and associated personal data deleted. Provide your registered email and only the last four digits of your mobile number to help locate your account.
- Our customer support team will verify account ownership, review any active rental or unresolved booking, and process eligible deletion. We will respond to your request by email with next steps or confirmation.
If the button doesn't open email, write directly to bikebhara15@gmail.com with subject Bike Bhara Account Deletion Request.
What data will be deleted?
After verification, we work to remove customer account and authentication information, personal profile details, uploaded identity documents, and related personal data that we are not required to retain. If active bookings, rental disputes, security investigations, payment or legal recordkeeping obligations require limited retention, we will explain the relevant categories and restrict further use as appropriate.
A disabled account alone does not count as deletion. For existing rentals, please arrange any necessary return/settlement with Bike Bhara support.
Your privacy and security
Do not email your password, full national ID/passport number, or identity document scans when making an initial deletion request. If extra verification is required, our team will explain how to provide it through an appropriate channel.
